From time to time you may need to export an overview of your existing workflow templates from Redtail. Fortunately, this is easy to do:

• Log into Redtail
• Click "Workflows" in the left menu
  
• In the top right corner click "New Workflow", select the template you wish to export under the "Workflow Template" dropdown then click "Create New Workflow"
  
• Open the newly-created workflow
• On the top right, click "Workflow Options"
• Click "Workflow Checklist Report"
  
• The file will open as a PDF in your Downloads folder on your device which you can print if needed.

That's it! Now you'll have hard copies of your workflows to use for editing and sharing. Happy automating!
