Having the right tools at our disposal can make our lives much simpler. History provides us with years of evidence: pockets, satchels and bags were the beginning of hands-free material transport; the printing press was a revolution in automating the reproduction of information; newspaper, television and the computer were massive upgrades for the dissemination of information.

In the 21st century and beyond, technology has evolved even further. This series will cover tips, tricks and tools that you can use to streamline your personal or business processes, enabling you to gain time and peace of mind. We will touch on a number of web-based products, including Zapier, email marketing applications (such as MailChimp, Active Campaign, MailerLite, etc.), GSuite / Google Apps in general, Microsoft Office applications, CRM applications, and more.
 

About Sphynx Automation

Sphynx is a small team dedicated to helping financial advisors, attorneys, bookkeepers and CPAs simplify and streamline their operations using web-based applications. Sphynx was born when our founder, Arielle, was trying to discover ways to streamline her own financial planning firm. With the help of Mark, her husband, and her own tenacity, she quickly discovered there were cost-effective, intuitive, web-based tools not being utilized within the financial services industry. After documenting, streamlining and automating some of her processes, Mark joked that Arielle should offer these services to other advisors. Through a series of fortuitous events, Arielle's financial practice became Sphynx Automation in 2019, and has been owned and operated by Arielle and Mark since that time.

Each of our forms includes a comprehensive video series on how to edit and use the form. While most of our forms are primarily used by Financial Advisors / Planners, Consultants and Attorneys there are some that are non-industry specific and the others can be customized further using our JotForm training courses. Purchasing the form will enable you to book a discounted Coaching Session with us to help you edit/modify the form for your specific needs if you need additional assistance.
